- Full details of pre surgery medical checks will be advised by the anesthesiologist and arranging if these are being done pre-arrival or at VE Medical
- A full costing for pre and post surgery visits and the surgery procedure will be supplied. No additional medical costs will be incurred once this quotation is supplied

V.E. Medical concierge
- The V.E. Medical concierge will will arrange contact with you to verify the flight dates, length of stay in St. Lucia, and transportation,in St. Lucia, from and to the airport.
- After discussion, she will send various options for accommodation depending on your preference and budget and verify arrangements for this
- Specific arrangements for the stay on island , for yourself alone or with a travel companion can be discussed and arranged.
- If self-catering accommodation is preferred, shopping to your specifications , can be arranged for your arrival

- Pick up on the day of surgery for pre-and post surgery visits will be arranged

COST & PAYMENT
- Rizaria who deals with all administration and finance will send an invoice for surgery costs and make arrangements for payment for this.
- Rizaria will also coordinate with VE Medical concierge to arrange payment for accommodation and any other cost relevant to the stay in St. Lucia

POST SURGERY
- Post surgery .. you will then be able to relax on the beautiful island of St Lucia before you are taken to the airport to return home.
- A full report on the surgery and results will be given to you before you leave and also sent to your primary care doctor or optometrist
